Refunds & Returns
All our products are made to order from our Global Warehouses, which means they are produced especially for you upon purchase. For this reason we cannot issue refunds or process cancellations, so please read the items description carefully to attain correct sizing and preferred coloring before you place your order. *Actual colors may vary from the colors shown in the photo due to changes in lighting/background as well as camera settings*

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All Sales are final. Please note Molly International reserves the right to refuse all returns.
We only issue replacement vouchers for products that are defective or damaged if we are notified within 3 Days after delivery time matching our records of completion. To be eligible for voucher, your item(s) must be unused and in same condition that you received it. *Customers must include a photo of the issue*
We offer Code Vouchers for purchases eligible for replacement where you will be required to pay for shipping charges. Vouchers are only offered according to the return requirements below and we can only give voucher for items that are defective or damaged.

Return Requirements:
. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receipt
. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unstained & unperfumed
. Item(s) must be unused and in same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:

. Gift Cards
. Downloadable Software Products & Electronic devices
. Hair accessories, hats, socks & earrings cannot be returned
. All pet products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons or incorrect sizing when ordering
. Any change of mind products or incorrect sizing.
. Any Item(s) not in its original condition, is damaged or missing
parts for reason not due to our error
. Any Item(s) that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Vouchers (if applicable)
Once your return is approved by us, we will let you know via email. Returns received without approval will not be processed. We process returns within 7 days of receipt!
Best Practice
Please make sure to give us the correct information when you place the order to avoid any mistakes in the item(s). Also keep in mind that colors may look a bit different in person due to monitor variations.
We strongly recommend you check your package as soon as you receive it. If your order is incomplete or wrong, let us know within a week of delivery and we will contact you to resolve the issue.
Shipping
You will need to pay the postage costs for returning your item to us. If an item is eligible for a voucher the cost of shipping is not included.
*We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by import taxes/custom duties and fees levied by your Country - natural occurrences - transport strikes or shipping delays*
*Packages may be returned/destroyed after a period of time if they are not claimed. Please note that we cannot be responsible for unclaimed packages that are either returned or destroyed due to inaction of the buyer.*
MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES - If you suspect your package to be missing, please ask your local Post Office, your neighbours to see if they mistakenly received your order. If the USPS tracking information indicates that your package has been successfully delivered and you cannot locate the package, unfortunately we cannot be responsible for replacing or refunding your purchase price and/or shipping costs. *Once your product is shipped/in transit, we cannot cancel or refund*
